We met Chelsea and Colin this past Friday right before there rehearsal dinner. Visiting our city from Alaska we knew that Chelsea and Colin were hoping for an experience like no other. Chelsea and Colin have been married for a year but since Colin has been in Iraq the last couple of years they never got to celebrate there marriage with there friends and family. It is because of those factors that my team and I thought it would be a nice touch to surprise them with a Same day experience.
To me there is nothing more rewarding then to see the looks on people’s faces when they get to sit back (even if it’s for a few minutes) and just take in there entire day. When Chelsea jumped out of her chair and hugged me I knew that we had really created something special for them. I was so proud to be part of such an important day for them.
