They say it’s good luck when it rains on your wedding day… not something that happens too often in Las Vegas. And luck or no luck it’s no less disappointing to the bride. It was pouring when we arrived at the Mt. Charleston Hotel and everything needed to be moved inside for the ceremony. Katie’s attitude about it was laid back and that was awesome but I still felt real bad about all those portraits out in the beautiful mountain that we’d be missing. Miraculously the clouds opened up and the sun came out just a few minutes before the ceremony. And with speedy help from the resort’s extremely friendly and professional coordinator Gina (and the labor by all the guests to get all the chairs back outside!), it was a beautiful day at the mountain.
And I’m so happy for them. It was a beautiful ceremony and reception. All the best to Katie and Paul and the rest of the family that was so fun to work with. Here you go everybody, Katie and Paul…
